Together we will move through a gentle and grounding yoga practice, explore the abundance of the natural world through mindful foraging, nettle pesto making, share a wholesome seasonal lunch, and create space for reflection through journalling and meditation.

This retreat is an invitation to pause from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with the simple joys of movement, stillness, community and nature.

Join us for a deeply nourishing weekend escape designed to restore balance, calm, and vitality. Set in the serene surroundings of St Aubin.
